Our origin
JOUKWA was born from a reality observed in the field: between a European supplier and an African industrial site, no one takes end-to-end responsibility. The supplier stops at the factory gate, the forwarder at the port gate, and the client is left to piece it all together.
Our mission
Making international industrial sourcing as simple as a local purchase: one request, one point of contact, one consolidated offer, one proven delivery. We carry the coordination so that maintenance, procurement and project teams can focus on their own work.
Our method
We structure every requirement into an actionable RFQ, consult suppliers able to document what they sell, consolidate purchasing and transport into a single offer, then track execution step by step through to a signed proof of delivery.
What we don't do
We do not commit to a lead time before verifying real availability and transport feasibility. We do not claim a physical presence where we work with partners. And we say so when a request falls outside our scope.
