Do you offer equivalents?
Only when the equivalence is documented by the manufacturer or distributor. The quotation explicitly states whether it is the original reference or an equivalent.
Who handles customs clearance?
It depends on the Incoterm chosen. Under DAP and DDP, we organise customs clearance with our approved partners, and the scope is written into the quotation.
