Data collected
When you send a quote request or a message, we collect your name, company, professional e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, delivery country and the technical description of your requirement, including any attachments you send.
Purposes
This data is used exclusively to qualify your request, consult the relevant suppliers and carriers, draw up a quote, execute the order and follow up through to delivery. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.
Recipients
Information strictly necessary for execution (product reference, quantity, delivery address) may be passed on to the suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers involved in your file. Commercial and contractual details remain internal.
Retention
Requests that do not convert are kept for three years from the last contact. Executed files are kept for ten years to meet accounting, customs and product traceability obligations.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Access to client files is restricted to the relevant staff, and sensitive documents are stored in an access-controlled space.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability. Requests are handled within a maximum of one month.
Cookies
The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, where applicable, anonymized audience measurement. No third-party advertising cookies are placed.
